I'm really liking Seer, but why are all of his skins the exact same?

Aside from his one skin Afrofuturism/Tiger Eyes

Every Seer skin just feels like the same thing.

Out for blood has been recoloured to the battle pass skin- which looks identical to Light Show. His bundle release skin looks like a blue recolour.

Mirage is a fantastic example of a simple silhouette made into a variety of skins. Why has Seer been so lackluster?
