Improvements for Mirage
Mirage is currently one of the worst legends, so just a few small changes to make him that bit better... 1) He can have two decoys at the same time with his tactical and he can control both of them ...

I agree with #1 and #3 but with a slight change to 1 that only one of the 2 can be controlled(seems a bit OP to control both) I dont agree with number #2 because that seems a bit OP, but the idea of receiving a sort of penalty when shooting a decoy seems good
