Improvements for Mirage
Mirage is currently one of the worst legends, so just a few small changes to make him that bit better... 1) He can have two decoys at the same time with his tactical and he can control both of them ...

The first and third suggestion are good, but the second one is too much.
Also not only the tactical is weak, even the ultimate being 60s is bad.
