In game bug reporting

Is there ever going to be a way to report bugs in ranked so that I’m not unnecessarily sacked points for bugs that haven’t been fixed? For instance, I was revived by teammate with gold backpack and couldn’t use heals, shields, or my lifeline drone. When I was downed 2 minutes later, I wasn’t downed normally with a chance at revival but immediately knocked out. When my banner timed out, I got a 20 minute penalty and loss an additional 36 points because your game glitches to the point where I’d be a useless teammate?
