In Game damage counter not adding up correctly

Hi recently I've been paying more attention to the In Game damage numbers and I've noticed they don't add up AT ALL. I have one of  this situations recorded fortunately where right at the beginning ...

If it was a killing shot, that probably happened because the damage number that pops up on your screen always shows the weapon types full damage and not the amount of damage it did to the enemy. So if you headshot an enemy with 1 HP with the Kraber, the number on your screen will show 435 but you will get 1 dmg dealt.

    @Balladalidila I think they should change the display and show the true damage dealt. If I kraber someone with 1 hp, I still did 435 damage.
