This is something that comes with apex, i notice it very very often. It is probably server related, with their huge capabilities i can safely say get used to it, it's gona keep happening. ( now that you noticed it you will "see" it more and more because this does happens a lot, most of the times we (players) don't notice it in the heat of the fight)
