There should be such thing also just like team chat. IF someone using aim bot or macro or wall hack. then announce the name and everyone should report that guy, which may process faster to ban such guys.
and i think most online fps games has global chat.

Hell no,
Ingame general chat will only be toxic.
Announcing a cheater isn't going to do anything.
People are way too quick to cry 'cheater' for this to be an option.
Here is how that will actually play out.
Random salty kid gets killed and announces the legitimate player who was just better as a cheater. pointless argument ensues. A few people put in the reports. Innocent skilled player is potentially banned
Bad idea
Thought about this idea before but honestly would not help and be more toxic. However there should be a option to at least be able to send a few messages to the local region your in to confront a hacker or ask a question yes would have toxic people but I don't like isolation when you have legit things to say most games you can at least type some stuff.
