Snipers in any game are 100% about who shoots first. So are shotguns to an extent.
The TTK is abysmally too long as it is, any longer and it's doesn't become about gunskill anymore my who can bunnyhop and runaway the best.
It's needs to be tweaked a but lower so that tactical flanking actually works.
All you kids who get mad at the guy who shot first are just mad that you put yourself out in the open or didn't check your surroundings.
You just want to run around with no consequence.
