Individual controller settings

I would really like if they would change it so that the ult is not linked to ping+ability but can be set to whatever i want in the menu. It would just give contoller players a bit more freedom with controller settings. My controller settings are L1 to Jump, R1 to slide, X to ping and circle for ability. I changed it so that i'm still able to look around and aim while jumping or sliding. But it's hard to use the ability cause you have to get your thumb of the right stick to press circle but then you can't aim. So i tried setting the ability to R3 so i could aim better while using the ability but after doing that i realized it's hard to ult cause you need to press the right stick and X with your thumb at the same time. So i would like to set the buttons for ulting to something else but i can't cause they are liked to ping+ability.
