infinite ability in firing range

What if we had an option to use abilities with no cooldowns in firing range 
It makes practicing certain abilities a lot easier since you dont have to wait up to 25 seconds for your ability to come back or changing legends every time i want to bypass the cooldown to practice.
Fixing the crash bug would be nice too
