Invitation Required?

So I found this holospray on a beam either beside or under the bridge I don’t remember but it says ‘’invitation required’’ I am assuming it is part of the season 9 arena teasers

note: I am the blue arrow on the map if anyone wants to see it for themselves but be careful not to fall off of the map because there are no rails and a random may punch you off as a joke
