is anticheat system working or?

Hello friends. In the last month, I've played against more hackers than I've seen in all the other seasons. And I'm not just talking about new players, but level 500 players who aren't afraid to use an aimbot. The feeling is super bad because for 6 seasons these people did not fix the anti-cheat system. All they tell me is - "Record the hackers and report them!", like BRO, what about the GREAT APEX ANTI-CHEAT system??? Isn't it possible for the anti-cheat system to catch and block them from the beginning or do you want to tell me that the people who created the hack have a much higher level of intelligence than the people who created the anti-cheat system? or just RESPAWN don't care about hackers because level 500 people use an aimbot without worrying about a ban. What happens to the game and why hackers continue to progress so strongly????
