Is it a cheat when you end up spectating a different team?

Playing console vs consoles it Happened twice to me last week where I was killed in a very quick time that made me wonder if that was a strike pack cheat that I could report but ended up spectating a...

@Midnight9746 I don't think that this is a cheat. and please don't assert that something's a cheat without evidence.

If you do have evidence of it being a cheat, please DM me with said evidence and we'll take the appropriate action. 

@Palette24carats I believe this to be a fairly rare bug. Most of the time it occurs it's not really noticed as folks often just requeue without spectating much, but if you have cause to report your killer it's an awkward one. It's also often conflated with the situation where there's a multi-party fight and your killer's team is wiped shortly after wiping you.

@EA_David I know when the enemy's team is wiped you spectate another team happens frequently in multi squad fights the problem is when you end up spectating a team that is not even in the area and you know you were simply doing a team vs team fight with no 3rd party. The problem is that you can't even report them in the game since you are not spectating them. I did stream that game I would have to look into many hours of stream. I will maybe or wait for the next time it happens. Thanks

    @Palette24carats Hey there, if you had died to a suspected cheater and they are on your death feed you can report from the death feed as well. Just go to their bullet shots on the death feed and hold R. It will allow you to report from that screen also.
