Is it a cheat when you end up spectating a different team?

Playing console vs consoles it Happened twice to me last week where I was killed in a very quick time that made me wonder if that was a strike pack cheat that I could report but ended up spectating a...

Just now, I Was Spectating a full team of 3 that I suspected.... After few minutes watching to get evidences, I was thrown to other Squad... Cheat is real in Apex. And a lot more after an update

    @watchdogjake Because their legal cheats are banned, so they have to use their original method to play the game, normal for these losers.
