Issues with streaming.

When trying to stream Apex, I'm seeing consistent frame skipping as soon as I go from my OBS window, to the game, and continues afterwards, and immediately stops when I swap back out of Apex to any other program. I've tried x264, and NVENC encoders, using all of the speed settings for the encoding, I've made sure the game is set to admin, along with Origin. I'm able to stream Anthem, and a few other games, with 0 issues, if anything, Anthem would be the game I would expect this of, with how poorly the game seems to be optimized. I've checked my twitch stats to verify the issue, and had someone checking the stream with me to make sure it wasn't just from my end that I was seeing it happen.
