Issues with the rewards of the Premium Shooting Milestone event

I purchased the Premium Shooting Milestone event. It shows a 100% progress and that 20 Strange Fragments can be obtained, but in fact, I only got 10 Strange Fragments. I originally had 50 Strange Fragments (you can check the screenshot of the R99 skin I uploaded, which shows my original balance of Strange Fragments)! Then, adding the 20 Strange Fragments from the milestone, I should have 70 Strange Fragments, but actually I only received 10. Because I exchanged 3 color-changing skins of "Sky Piercer" which cost 60 Strange Fragments, my current balance of Strange Fragments is 0! I contacted EA customer service immediately, and they told me to wait for 24 hours. But when I contacted the customer service again after waiting for 4 days, they said they couldn't handle it. I have no choice but to come to the forum to ask about the progress??? I need to get my 10 Strange Fragments compensated!
