Just get rid of Knockdown shields

Either get rid of them or rework them they are very useless and don't block any bullets and you move very slow for something thats a last fighting chance for you not to get finished.

Make it a bubble around your entire body and nobody can phase through the shield to shoot you. The health will be the same and gold should have a quieter revive and make it less noticeable that you have one. Maybe it should be a purple shield with little golden electric currents flowing over it.

    @DreNH17 i don't think they are meant to be a complete life saver.

    they can be used in certain situations to block arc stars or nades for your teammates. Which can be super clutch.

    But my main point is, it's to give you a chance to survive, not a "oh I made a mistake, let me go back to cover and you can't finish me shield"

    They aren't great but I don't think they are supposed to be great

    @DreNH17 They are actually pretty resistant, enough to force you to choose between finishing the downed players and their mates. And that is important

    @Midnight9746 I was talking about the coverage, they made them taller or wider to block more so it’s easier to curve around and block shots but in the end they will eventually get to you if they try hard enough

    Like alex said they are not supposed to make you invincible, they are just there to add extra protection which is ok assuming your teammates are there with you and you didn’t full send a squad alone or one teammate isn’t just running around clueless on what is happening
