"After thoroughly investigating your account and concern..."
This just screams automated message. Makes you wonder if sending a ban appeal would ever work in the first place.
What's interesting is that the system doesn't just flag people automatically and then deals with them accordingly. A player has to be the one to submit a report before your chat messages get looked at. I've been in games with friends in either duos or trios, and might type something in chat or they would; that typically would be a flag, and there's no issue.
It just seems Apex's community is so toxic, people think they have to jump on mics, spew non-sense, and then report chat messages for hate speech just to be a troll to the system. Which from what I understand, voice chat isn't moderated in any shape or form. The player has to record and submit it on help.ea which could be pointless sometimes.

Go check the technical issues section and also the "what to do when you're banned" thread over there. There's some similar stuff over there which makes me think at least some of it has to be automated.

Just speculating but the automatic system might ofc be totally disabled when playing as a premade trio. And perhaps are certain words that falls under the category "hate speech", i.e racism, sexism, homophobia etc etc, detected and punished automatically whereas "naughty" words like swear words and insults must be reported by a non-premade player for anything to happen.
