Justice for old prestige skins

Will the old prestige skin get skydive trails as well?
Seems so unfair that you pay the same amount of money, but only the new ones have trails..

Also with Alter for instance, you can use her finisher on the tier 1 skin, as long as you have completed the full damage challenge. If you want to use the tier 3 skin, but with a different finisher, that is fine too.
But with Bloodhound you cannot even use the tier 3 skin and equip a different finisher.

I do not think EA or Respawn will look in to stuff like this, but I would love to see them showing some more love to the old legends.
I mean just give the Bangalore skin some smoke and the Bloodhound skin some ravens, should be almost just as easy as adding sky emotes I assume? Give the old 2 or 3 prestige skins the possibility to switch the finishers to their preference just like the rest of the prestige skins, should not be that difficult right?

(Maybe the prestige finisher for Bloodhound could not be added on tier 1 or tier 2, due to that those tiers miss the laser for the finisher. But I want to be able to use the last tier skin, and the heirloom finisher together for instance)
