Keeping people from leaving pub games for no reason

Imo people leaving pub games for various reasons (just insta-quitting to protect their k/d's, they didnt get the character they wanted, the jumpmaster didnt land exactly where they wanted them to and...

Nope, still gonna leave. If they fixed sbmm I'm sure alot of leaver problems would be magically fixed though.

@CCbathwater Me too. Pro players, smurfs and cheaters made me leave match.
