Yeah the pegi system is just about as useful as the traffic lights in GTA which is also plagued by 8yo's despite it being a 18+ game, just leave them and find another squad
One good solution is to mainly play late in the evening or at night.
Many of the so called adults in online games squeel like 12 year olds it's possibly some genetic defect or the like being the reason for them doing so or their parents are infact related.
However turning off Voip in the majority of games and using comms with people you know or have played with online before is always best if only they'd made it easier to add friends in the origin interface like STEAM did but origin is a tryhard version of something that already exists and EA love re-inventing wheels
