can we plz do so we can leave the game fast insted of a penelty if you leave to early? if i wanted to get demoted i would just start a new account. I just do not want to play with ppl that troll me or harass me i will gladly give up my rateing for better games!
Companies will always be looking for things to improve, even when people don't ask for it.
In my personal opinion, yes they've made quite the mistake introducing this system, though I currently find that irrelevant.
May I ask why you are not playing pubs then?
You just said yourself that ranked and pubs is pretty much the same, so your issue is simply solved by moving over to pubs.
And saying that it's "worse" on pubs... well in that case you would never be satisfied with reasonable changes.
Your suggestions aren't intended to fix the core issue, they're workarounds that would allow you to avoid these situations whilst introducing larger problems into the game itself.
People charging in and dying? That's purely behaviour of players, nothing to do with the new ranked system, being able to leave without a timed penalty or solo, duo's and trio's playing on the same server.
People can't control other players, we can at least introduce changes to increase the QoL, though the negatives are not allowed to outweigh the positive side.
Just because the competitive integrity was lost a time ago really does not make it a compelling argument to make it worse.
Personally I don't see any reason to implement your changes as they're really not going to resolve the issues you'd wish to have resolved.

20 games in 2 hours, having quit most of them (if I'm interpreting that correctly), and you say pubs is trash because no one tries to win? Are you seeing the irony here?
If you're constantly dying, and having to wait three minutes to leave the match without penalty, then it's possible that the problem isn't the penalty. It's that you're consistently behaving in-game in ways that inevitably lead to your death coupled to teammates' unwillingness or inability to bring you back. I will often ignore a dead teammate's banner spam if he died in a way that was irresponsible because all I would be doing is risking my life, and what shot I still have at winning, to bring back somebody who might spite quit while I'm at the respawn beacon, or at best will just die irresponsibly over and over again until he actually succeeds at getting me killed. If this doesn't describe you then ignore everything I've said, but if there's even a sliver of truth here then it's time to re-examine the way you play the game.
And if you'd like me to go on for several paragraphs about why ranked is trash and no one should even bother playing it, then give the word. I've got all night.
@XHelperZHonestly in my opinion people in casual games should be penalized for leaving early.
It's no fun for those who are trying to enjoy the game at its fullest to get saddled with a teammate that thinks they're the best thing on the planet and leaves as soon as the match starts because they don't want the burden of a weak team. It ruins the gaming experience as a whole.
Apex seriously needs to fix their match making system for things to get better. Better match making means lobbies will be more evenly matched and (hopefully) less likelihood of teammates leaving. Then a penalty wouldn't even be needed.
