Legend abilities need to feel more impactful
The Legends in general need a buff. They simply don't feel as impactful as they should. Obviously, in the current meta, the different Legends aren't completely balanced in relation to each other, so some would need more of a buff than others. But some examples of buffs could be to give Caustic's gas a slight slow effect, make Mirage's Ultimate turn him (almost?) completely invisible, as opposed to now, where he is pretty easy to track - I think that the ideal "opacity" would be where you might spot him due to changes/blurrings in the background, but where he isn't so visible that you would actually be able to track him effectively. And possibly change his Passive, as it's pretty useless once you start playing against people who are used to it.
Another example would be removing or lowering the time of the "charge-up" animation on Bloodhound's Ultimate, and making Lifeline's healing drone deploy much quicker so that she has an ability that feels like it's viable mid-combat.
These are the Legends that I play, and I'm sure there are obvious buffs to give to the other Legends as well, but I don't think I'm qualified to give suggestions with the limited amount of playtime I have put into them.

Mirage's q is also a passive, 15 second duration and cooldown. Caustics gas does have a slow effect and you cannot sprint through it. The abilities of the legends are almost perfect minus a few kinks. I don't want this game to become a spam fest where you have to use macros to keep up. I enjoy the tactical fast paced but still satisfying long fights.
