legend ban system

nowadays, we have so many buffs and nerfs around the game because of Algs's meta. so we can see the same comp for all teams and this becomes boring after some time. also, this is happening in rank too. for example, when Seer was meta every team had Seer in team comp. 

most of the teams' meta in ALGS:

Wraith, Wattson, path

bang, caustic, bloodhound

I suggest Apex have a band system like lol for rank and Algs. this can develop at the start of the game and each player in the lobby votes for a legend to ban and the top 3 legends that have the most votes will be banned for that game.

Benefits of the ban system:

1. in Agls teams can't be recognized by comb and this lets teams try new legends to dominate the lobby and more fun to watch 

2. can collect ban data to have better patch note 

3. this makes the game more strategic. so it should be added for high-rank. 

downside of the ban system:

1. it takes more time to start a game. so we can remove the champion page or add it to the banner page.
