Legend Idea - Rouge Pilot

Apex legends has all these different legends, loving all the work and design put into them.

I had an idea on a legend that could be added.

Pilot [Name here], with the name "Rouge Pilot"
[Name] is from the Titanfall universe, could be from the TF2 Campaign.
He/She comes in overprepared, studying others abilities on both their weaknesses and strengths.

• His/Her Passive is the movement pack from Titanfall 1/2, granting Double jump and wall riding. (Movement acceleration being maxed to a certain extent.)
• His/Her Tactical is tactical's from other legends, but numbed down to about half efficiency or less, and disables passive for 1.5x the time the cooldown of the tactical.
• He/She has a Tactical themselves with a 30-45 Second cooldown that can deactivate other tactical/ultimate abilities within a certain radius or target a single person.
• Her/His Tactical has a chance to backfire and deal damage to the player or disables her/his tactical, passive, and ultimate for a certain amount of time depending on the tactical used.
• His/Her Ultimate brings up a selection wheel gives the player a choice in which tactical to switch to, but doubles the cooldown of the tactical on switch.

Anything can be changed, but a legend like this could change the meta a bit, but each tactical from each legend is numbed down and not as good as the tactical from the legends themselves.
