Legend tokens - use to turn skins into crafting materials

Greetings, I think there should be a system where our over abundance of legend tokens could be used as a way to turn undesired skins into crafting materials even heirlooms shards with enough. I got my heirloom season 1 one of first people to get it but i never play wraith..  want death hammer. Would solve a lot of issues and be very enjoyable for players so they can aquire skins for their mains. Thank you for your consideration.
