Legend tokens

So I have been very annoyed that you can only buy legends with legend tokens and once you buy all the legends what do you do with them? Why can't you buy cosmetics with them? Why can't you trade them in for crafting metals and apex coins? Legend tokens are basically useless, Respawn, you need to change this.
