LEGENDARY SKIN VARIANTS

Will the "Red Shift" Variant of the "El Diablo" Legendary skin for Octane be returning? If so when, because when the variant was first available I didn't have enough Legend Tokens, nor did I have the skin needed to get the variant, now I have both & I really want that skin because I play mainly as Octane.
