toonzazo Sadly account related issues, (such as bans), cannot be helped with on the forums. You would need to contact the EA TOS Team regarding your ban.
If you're unsure why you were banned, an email should had been sent out to you regarding the ban. If you do not see one, check your spam folder. You can also go to your Ban History page, (but some bans may not appear here).
