Let's add even more customization to our skins/banners!

So I sat down and thought about this today, so hear me out.

I was customizing my Octane the other day and I thought that it would be real cool to have that Fiber Optics skin (the one with the animated particles) to make it look like his STIM is always running through him. Only problem with that is, the skin and the particles only come in blue, when I think it would be the coolest if it was green. So my suggestion for that is that we add more color variations to the animated skins!

Now for the banners, I'm suggesting an advanced editor, where you can customize it even more by shifting things around and combining different aspects of other borders, etc. For example, these Bloodhound banners of mine are very cool, but I would like to combine them to make it look like Bloodhound is summoning a raven from a dark forest. Not only that, but BH is standing right infront of the raven. So I'd like to shift BH a little bit to the right, and the raven a little to the left, so we can have a clear view of them both. (I'd also like to take the animated raven head out  because I don't really like that.) I think this would make every banner even more unique to players.

TLDR: Give more colors to the animated skins, and give us more customization options for our banners!
