Lets Talk about Gibraltar [Nerfs]

@Leo_the_Lion25 I disagree about your feelings about gun shield damage but I also don't care about damage stats so eh....

Don't care for any suggestion to nerf his gun shield but they've given him way too many support abilities so its probably fine if his 1v1 ability took a hit.

I've always felt that Gibby was balanced in season 2 but worthless since he's bad at rushing and bad around buildings (outside of long narrow hallways. Great in Bunker on Kings Canyon.)

Typically if you like fighting there then Gibby doesn't.
