Lifeline needs a nerf, but not in the way the Devs are proposing

I can confidently say I’m a Lifeline main, since season 2; she is quite literally the only legend I use. I understand the frustration with the res shield being infinite, but what is being proposed ...

@Squidnicus Thanks for the write-up. The shield removal is certainly generating discussion, it'll be interesting to see the meta shake-up for S9.

One minor note, Gibby's faster dome heals was removed in the Chaos Theory patch. It doesn't materially change your points, but just wanted to clarify.

@EA_David I Main lifeline since season 1 , day 1. This lifeline nerf is totally despicable. If this is her faith i’m gonna take my hands off of her.
