Lifeline plane mode change
I main lifeline and now with the plane drone animation i cant bunny hop, strafe jump, wall jump or shoot while jumping properly even if i want to reload and i double click jump it does that annoying ...

@Teguaculiar I have the same problem with Valkyrie because she would start flying.
The best solution would be a toggle setting that would make it a hold action, to where as long as you're tapping jump, you're not automatically gilding with doc, (or flying into the air as Valkyrie).
Valkyrie's passive does have a toggle/hold setting, but you can still accidentally start flying into the air.
The same setting for valkyrie is now for lifeline too, you can toggle it, but it doesnt work, if you double click jump it still does the animation and thats dumb, if i want to glide i would hold it, but if you are just tapping the button even if it is many times it shouldnt glide at all

Perhaps you're looking for a delay setting, to require a certain duration of holding double jump before passive activates?
BTW, hovering is faster than slide leaping. Leap off a ledge and you're about as fast as octane I think. You make it places faster than just running and slide-jumping and stuff.
