Ive played lifeline since release, she was my favorite character (until Loba). Its clear shes in a bad spot, three (some could argue four) other hero's are better than her at her own gimic. So I was think of a rework for her, when she revives the drone releases a cloud of smoke and keeps the forward shield. Her other passive stays the same, make her tactical so when she puts down the bot, you activate it like a totem. And her ultimate is the drone also, however when placed it ejects a cloud of nanites. These nanites would have a healing factor of anyone in the cloud. Make it so the cloud is somewhat transparent so it isnt a hindrance to anyone aim wise.
- @spongebob1888 Bruh there's nothing useless about her. She has great abilities except for her ultimate,but it still has great potential not to even mention here hitbox. So if Lifeline is useless why does she have a high pick rate and win rate?.
She's not that great. She's a worse healer than gibvy all the way around. And she's not a really good offensive player. Like gibby. She needs some work to be better, but she shouldn't be buffed before people like octane and caustic. They need work done to them a lot more than she does.
- @fractured-29 You'll know she became useless If you have been playing her much. Now a shot at her legs equals body shots and she has no ability to escape if damaged much (like most other legends)
- @fractured-29 I don't think her hitbox is any different than say bangalore. I would like to see a small buff to her. @DoomSpartan117 has some good points. Gibby can heal a lot better than Lifeline can. An entire full dome vs her shield?? She needs a full dome too. Would like to see her revive people with half health too, if she has gold backpack, give full health and 50 shields, no matter the armor
i know she useless i play only lifeline from the start of the game.... they realy dont give a f., about lifeline..... She doesn't even got a legendary skin from Judge Jury Executioner Skin from the Iron Crown event , and the skin from battle pass from seazon 3. Did you notice that other like path, wraith, and others got at list 1 legendary skin every event that was on apex util now. They only put her 2-3 sec on the gameplay on video.... They realy need to remake the lifeline Z to the use of the teamplay . Make the drone to stay near her to heal her while shes moving around . From the start of seazon 5 you cant even move the drone to other pozition. Why is she a low profile when in the fight she cant even escape like Q from wraith or path or other legends. I realy dont use lifeline Z because the enemy team then know your pozition and for what so i could get the knockdown shield lvl 4 realy? Loba took away her Z this seazon , Gibraltar and mirage they have a better and faster reviving team . BUT will all this we still play her because we like her.

People should stop comparing her to gibby dome revive because she doesn't need to activate her tactical unlike gibby, I was thinking about that ability from dummies big day where you send a pulse that heals your teammates and thought maybe they can make her care package do that, Also I believe that when you get revived by LL you should get a little bit extra health.
@SERPENT_DESCEND I do love the idea of a direct healing ult for Lifeline. The care package seems to be random and unreliable. A pulse, like you said, would be very interesting. I would love to see it.
o i forgot 1 thing to ask EA . Why did you guys make Lifeline more slow when she gets shot and didnt say anyting in the seazon 5 patch notes?
Im all about giving Lifeline some love!
