Lifeline is useless now no matter what the developers say

Lifeline can throw her drone onto her teammates, and they can heal while in a fight. I believe this gives more meaning to her "Combat Medic" title. The drone would work like this:
- the cooldown is reduced a little bit, by maybe 10s
- the drone latches onto the back of her fellow legends and only heals said legend
- the healing is the same rate
- I dont know if she should still have the "drop the drone to heal everyone at once" ability paired with this new one, or if her ability should solely be the "latch-on heal"; that is up for debate
Maybe as a slight nerf it would only heal if Lifeline is within a certain range of the teammate that the drone is attached to(the drone lets go or disappears). In summary, as I said before, I believe this would give more meaning to her "Combat Medic" title. Her fellow legends could actually fight/rush while healing, or heal whilst running away from a third party.
Yes this is what I’m talking about it says she is a combat medic but right now she’s just a kinda bad medic I mean Gibraltar ripped her off he does a better job than lifeline and the nerf to Gibraltar didn’t really do anything in my opinion he still is a god.
