Loba Buff: Let her move and shoot normally after throwing bracelet

Let her move and shoot normally after throwing bracelet.

I really don't think it would make her OP at all. 

You still have to aim and use the bracelet which puts you at a disadvantage, the whole "walk slow while it flies" thing makes no sense. 

You have Horizon with an IMMEDIATE tactical that basically has the same result without the punishment. 
And Pathfinder has the 2nd best mobility tactical in terms of delay of use (since it was slowed with nerfs). 

If anything I think such a change to Lobas tactical would make for amazing plays and fun with her. 

Throw the bracelet through a window far away, then fire at the enemy and vanish. 

Increase the cooldown for it maybe and that should be the ability. 

And maybe even increase the time it takes for the bracelet to teleport her after it lands by a second.
