Lost apex packs please help!!

I purchased 60 apex packs for $64.99. I opened 20 and continued playing the game. I leveled up in game and received 1 apex pack for this. The 40 apex I had then vanished and it said I only had 1 apex pack total instead of 41. I restarted the game and my newly bought apex packs were gone. I still only had 1 pack I earned and not the ones purchased. I have contacted support multiple times  in august/2022 when this happened but they never contacted me back. I finally got a call back from EA today and they said even with my receipt of purchased packs, support told me they can’t see anything past 90 days and that if I posted here I would  received a solution from someone on this forum. Someone please help! 😩🥵😭

    I'm sorry, we don't have a way of directly addressing cases like this via the forums, and I apologize if you were informed otherwise.

    Unfortunately, as noted, support can't see much past a certain point in time, and might not be able to help.

    Your description doesn't leave a lot of room for this, but if there was a time skip from getting the levelling pack and coming back, could someone in your household have opened the packs?

    From what I can see of the skin acquisition timestamps I can see 2 sizeable sequences of pack openings in August (before getting your heirloom, and a few weeks later) and both of them indicate that more than 20 packs were opened.

    That's not proof of anything and know it's a bit of a guess, but it does happen, could someone in your household have accessed your account and opened the packs?

    Unfortunately without a recent contact, past that it's difficult to prove much on pack openings.

    i bought the packs as you can see I’m level 250+ on the new prestige.

    i bought these packs when the new prestige came out and there was a bug in the game. I got the heirloom out of the first 20 packs so I then continued to play

    once I got a new level in the new prestige it erased all the packs I bought but it did give me a pack for leveling up and that was all that was there after they disappeared.

    again I am 250+ on the new prestige so I’ve opened very many packs from playing but I did not get to open all the ones I purchased because they disappeared. I live by myself and no one has access to my account. 

    I had my first PlayStation stolen out of my house but I had my accounts locked so I doubt the thief opened them. 
     
    mid yiu can see when I bought them and the ones I’ve opened you would see there is a decrease in the amount opened after opening the first 20 because the ones I purchased disappeared. Since then I haven’t bought any packs so you could see that after the first 20 I opened that day I may have only opened packs a week (whenever I played and leveled up) instead of seeing me opening bulk packs like I did when i was able to use the first 20.

    do you get what I’m saying? I opened 20 and then maybe opened a couple a week instead of opening the other 40 that week. Because of the bug I’m talking about.

    I play a lot so you may have seen me opening the leveled up packs instead of the packs I purchased because they did appeared.you said two sequences of 20 packs but I bought 60 packs. If I didn’t have packs go missing you would have seen 3 sequences of me opening 20 packs instead of only seeing two instances like you’ve stated. 

    that second sequence was me opening packs I’ve earned not purchased because I play a lot. The packs I purchased . 40 went missing.

    this is what happened. I bought 60 opened 20 instantly and played when I leveled up they went missing and only said I had 1 pack instead of 40 because their was a big on the new prestige level up that took away my old packs(packs I purchased)
