Lost fun of playing with randoms

I've run into the leaver problem a few times myself. Not consistently enough to ruin my fun, but no less annoying when it happens. I personally believe that there shouldn't be a leaver penalty for those who quit, but rather a juicy reward for those who stay and push through to the bloody end. A duo or even solo is not likely to win the whole thing unless they're really good at shooters in general, but a reward for at least trying should be in order for their efforts.
