LVL 450 GOT BANNED FOR JUST SWEARING IN CHAT

Hey guys, I know sometimes its frustrating to play with random team, and i had my breakups, i did swer, but nothing serious at all.. Apparently my account hot suspended for 7 days, on a second day this EA sh** blocked my account for no reason! I've spent over 500 eur on my account and they wont answer on my emails anymore. Can anyone help me out here? 'Cause this ain't cool at all..

    If you were actioned for swearing in-game, please don't repeat that on the forums.

    This thread is also quite old and is being locked here to prevent further necroposting.

    If you believe a penalty was applied incorrectly, please appeal here to have our ToS team review that situation, thanks.

    @M1000WW Honestly in 7 days just click mute squad every match, the Matches are much more enjoyable without listening to all the trolls or players crying and cussing you out because you stole their legend every other game

    @M1000WW If you want to swear just use voicechat. This games makes people rage because of its matchmaking but you’re not allowed to swear lol, it’s so hypocritical.

    @HansBurgers I think swearing in voice chat will make you ban even faster. Chat leave no proof, and trigger happy EA can ban you even without proof for higher causes

    @M1000WW My game account was suspended for 1 week for saying r*ta*d.

    The bad word filter feature should be added to the in-game chat.

    i just got banned for saying "i dont stand a <removed> chance XD" to my teammates about an arenas match. i didnt even say the entire word
