As for an addition to this list, open up the supply bins for the teammate getting spawned back in. Helps save a few seconds and you can ping the items in the bins so they know what to immediately grab. Even if there aren't any weapons, at least give them any nades that are in there to defend themselves (if you don't have a secondary weapon you can drop)
Just to add a little more to #7....
I try to ping the enemy every 10 seconds unless I know they're sitting in the same spot. If they move to another building I may toss in another ping, unless it's apparent the teammate knows they're right next to them. It's tough to hear footsteps or the enemy reviving another player when someone spams the pings. Generally, 1 ping for enemy location and 3 quick pings for when someone is getting revived.
