I agree with you. Cheating is a problem. It is not only soft cheating. Blatant cheating too. I cannot say for sure but i think it can be anywhere between 3-5% cheaters. That would be 2/3 cheater per match on average.
It is hard to say for sure because we do not know how many players are active and how many have been banned.
