Am I seeing your suggestion is to make his grenade when being throw away act similar with how KC work? If that is true, I think buffing him this far would make him super ultra broken and way to overpowered. Respawn already acknowledged how difficult it is to stuck people with the arc star. To the average Joe like me, it would only happen once a hundred games so they made Fuse's KC super magnet to hitbox so people can stick it more often and easier. If Fuse can just fire Arc star with magnet like KC, can stick a whole frag grenade into someone's face and thermite their entire body like a true war criminal, he would become the most toxic playable character ever to be happen in videogame with multiplayer.
