Many enemies do not match movement and aim.
I was saving my campaign points when I was suddenly killed by a sniper. The result was three headshots, which was obviously not right, so I looked and saw that the enemy was clearly a novice himself...

This. I've found multiple hackers streaming their hacks for months on end on Youtube. Not banned, or just make a new account and keep streaming. Apex devs seem powerless to stop these people.
