Why Storm Point and Broken Moon are in rotation at the same time? Why?
Just the color palate alone for 3 straight hrs is enough to force mental illness. Most depressing maps I've ever seen in any game.
But to be forced to play both in the same rotation is pure frustration.
I won't be playing much if at all until this rotation is over. Its just asking too much to play these two maps as the majority. You have 5 maps in total... more if you count the different versions of each. But 5 maps... there is no reason why the two biggest, most boring game play and most depressing to look at, need to be together.
Balance is key.
I appreciate your strong opinions - I have a few of my own, as I'm sure you've heard.
But I don't get how Storm Point is depressing to look at or has a color palette that causes mental anguish. I've heard the notion that it's too big for "proper" gameplay, whatever it is that's supposed to look like, but I would have said it was possibly the most visually impressive map in the portfolio. ???

For me, it is all dull colors, same throughout, going from say, olympus with multiple colors schemes and a vibrant look - broken moon especially reminds me of a mental institution lol. That depressing gray and cemente look. I just know after a few matches my eyes hurt. Not sure how else to explain it.

I think Storm Point and Kings Canyon are the most beautify maps due to their earth tone colors through out.
Olympus is hard on the eyes because it looks too bright, too vibrant, too artificial, as does E-District.
I agree Broken Moon and World's Edge are too grey, but they look better than Olympus due to what earth tone colors they have.
