EA/Respawn should consider just adding solo mode, removing no fill and changing up the ques to allow for less players.As in:- Trios: 60 players // 20 teams- Duos: 40 players // 20 teams- Solo: 20 players // 20 teams1) The community been asking for solo modes for a long while now, and "no fill" isn't a "fix" or "solution" to it. People still ditch the team when downed and most of the time, players are not receiving teammates even with the "no fill" set to "fill".2) Changing the ques to keep 20 player teams means that less players would be in solos/duos which means more matches could be started. I was hoping it would weed out the selfish players who drop solo and/ or leave as soon as they’re knocked.I thought they’d all uncheck the ‘fill teammates’ option and it would make solo queue a better place but nopeI’ve had a fair few solo droppers today and countless leavers, they’re still in Trio’s and Duo’s ruining the game for everyone else who does no-fill really benefit anyway apart from maybe 1% of the community, Streamers and content creators ectthe hypocrisy of the devs is actually unbelievable, do you want this to be a game focused on teamwork or not? If so then why even put in ‘no-fill’ in the first place and why do nothing about players not wanting to work as a team and having absolutely no abandonment penalty outside of ranked the devs need to stop sitting on the fence and decide if they want the game to be a ‘carefree casual free for all’or a ‘serious competitive Esports/ tournament worthy team focused game’If it’s the former then just add in regular solo’s mode and let solo queue players actually have fun If it’s the latter then add in an abandonment penalty in pubs for players unable to play as a team The game in its current state is a nightmare for solo queue players, there’s no actual solo mode and the game constantly pairs you with players who leave instantly while pairing you against pre made squads who actually work as a team tl;dr either put in an abandonment penalty or put in solo mode

what did you expect? they've said that the number of solo players per match will be limited. And a solo player is not the only one who leaves a match after a knockdown. Nearly everyone is doing it. So SOLO Mode for all, is the only option to solve this leaving problem, cause it wouldn't matter.Maybe if we all start to leave for some period of time, RESPAWN will be forced to bring the solo mode, cause teams make no sense anymore, or less and less people will play the mode, or maybe changing to DUOS.Maybe thats the way to get it...I don't know

I like thousands of other people have wanted the solos game mode to be a permanent feature in this game i loved it. The answer for it not to be given to us is that this is a team based game not intended for solo play, and then you go and add a no fill option which is a contridiction to this and a green light to say that playing solo is ok in which case just for the love god please just give us a solos game mode. In this one act you have literally destroyed any arguement against having it as a permanent game mode. The most frustrating thing about the fill no fill option is that it doesnt work i had fill enabled and went 5 games without a team mate. Having the game in this state without a solos game mode makes me not want to play the game unless i have someone else to play with as for the people that have clicked the fill option they have to play in a way that they dont want to as you have to shift your play style to suit and be put in a handy cap situation with no sbmm compensation. Landing and getting trash guns and trash armour and then running into preds with purple armour and r9s wingman or volts which they seem to be magnitized to from the drop is not fun when you have ticked the box to say fill team and get no team mate!!!!!!!!!!

10 min queues for duos just to be wout a teammate
after my first game of less than 2 min queue time.. in which i had a teammate.
i go to queue again and 10 min later i get a match and im solo..
rinse and repeat a few more times.. same garbage.. long queue times and solo wout a filled teammate..

I was happy to see them add this option when it was first announced because random teammates can make or break your game depending on who you get, so I'd rather just go in alone instead of pray to rngesus for a good squad some days. Plus, there were times I was getting put in alone or short handed anyway, so a no fill option to just save me from disappointment in the matchmaking system and my lack of a squad was also a reason why I was looking forward to it.
...I never expected it to break the game this badly though. Duos is just an absolute mess, and it's faster to queue solo in duos by not unchecking fill squad. 9 out of 10 games I play in duos mode are now solo with fill option on, despite the limit to number of solo players supposedly also implemented with the no fill update. Most games I see in duos are barely half full, and half of the teams are solo players themselves. Actually trying to go in no fill has, most of the time, resulted in a much longer queue time and, sometimes, the matchmaking just gives up and throws me in with someone on my squad...it's absolutely insane how much this broke duos.
Thankfully, trios isn't affected as much as duos, but I think it's only because most people aren't crazy enough to go in solo against full squads of 3 everywhere.
I guess I should just find some friends on here to make my experience more enjoyable, but as of right now, it's hell trying to play when you never know who or what you're going to get thanks to the matchmaking...

I've been noticing when I queue up in duos it's still putting us in trios game just now it happened 4 games in a row! how is this a fix to what the community wants as solos and duos just leaving the game as is but limiting the number of players in my team is just broken its the whole reason why we want solos because the game is so driven by teams and most of us don't have friends who play as much or as serious as we do so we cant play at a serious level when were put up against trios as a solo when were trying to get better at the game .

@Srksii exactly this is why everyone wants solos because then the odds are evened out and since most of us don't have the ability to have multiple people playing with us whenever we want to play so we get the * end of the stick because respawn doesn't get why we want solos in the first place. to even the odds when at least half of the players just want to play their way and leave the squad or push early and die and then screw us in the end again forcing people to play as a team screws everyone except the people who intentionally are trying to play as a team
