Matchmaking /Queue time feels terrible for above average players in PUBS.

I mainly solo queue and play this game during night time so there's usually less players around. However my experience is that every time I have a good game it feels like the game must punish me.

Feels like I get 1 good game and then I get skipped in queue non stop because the game wants me to wait for a 3 stack master/pred team to kill me while giving me 2 teammates that are new to the game, so basically my experience is waiting like 30 minutes for a PUBS game just to get sent back to the lobby to WAIT AGAIN. Other times the game doesn't even give me teammates or gives me disconnected teammates. PUBS just feels way too serious to the point it's better to not even play.
