Matchmaking something's wrong

Got on a about 15 minutes ago to get the Lockout challenges done.

First few minutes of my first match, I thought, "huh, these players seem legit. I don't think anyone is cheating". I thought I woke up and the game wasn't a joke anymore. As I kept playing, thinking, "finally, this can be fun". I kept getting killed in odd ways, and players seemed to have no gun recoil and so I started watching the kill cams more carefully.

Plot twist, 5 of the players had wall hacks, and 3 of them were soft aimbotting, all of them were anti-recoiling, (gun had no movement, and they were shooting guns like the Havoc. Aim down sights on a gun, take a screenshot, that's what I mean by "no movement"). All the "pros" and "good recoil users" I've seen have some level of gun movement, where you can tell they're controlling it. 

The wall hackers weren't obvious at first, until I've noticed one was standing perfectly still, preaiming at me when I sneaked into a building. That same player also was trying to shoot at me while I was standing behind a door while blocking said door. (They couldn't hit me because of the door, but they were still shooting as if they thought they could). It was a level 300+ account, so it wasn't a "noob" or a bot.

The soft aimbotters weren't snapping to players, but when you watch the kill cam, you can see them sometimes being off, and their bullets would snap to hit. Saw one of them kill another player personally as well, so it wasn't a visual error with the kill cap.

Overall though, it was very mild cheating, which is good to some degree. I haven't qued into the next match yet, but I'd imagine that once I do, its going to be all down hill from there.
