Matchmaking

I HATE when i am playing comp in plat/dia lobbies mind you i am 200 rp away from diamonds. I get matched up with a plat and a SIVLER??? Like how am i getting matched with SIVLERS and a TROLLING!! plat. This is getting a bit annoying because i want to rank up efficently and not with sivlers on my team. PLZ fix this as soon as possible or make it so i dont lose RP for those games where i get trolled in. I am now 401 RP away from diamond AGAIN because i get matched with people who are trolling or just dont know the game and are playing with their plat friend who thinks he can boost that person
