maybe stop racism overall, not just asian hate? and hate speech and toxicness

Sorry to see what you ran into there. That's definitely not what I hope to see from other people when I'm just trying to relax and get a few matches in.

We absolutely do not tolerate any form of toxic behavior or chat like what was shown in your screenshot, and will take action when that's brought to our attention.

Just to note, I have removed that screenshot per our forum guidelines as it is showing those player names in addition to the inappropriate language. 

Please be sure to report those types of players in-game if possible, or with this webform if you aren't able to otherwise. That will make sure those reports go directly to the teams that can action that type of behavior to help prevent it from continuing, thanks!

Just report.  Anyone puts racist stuff in the text, they can see that and it is warning then ban.

so, you are protecting racists and people telling others to kill themselves?! you support bullying? explains why it happens that often if u want that to happen!

I'm not quite sure how that conclusion was drawn here. We certainly don't want that type of behavior to continue, and reporting that with the tools we have in place will make sure we can take the appropriate action on those accounts.

Using those reporting options sends that chat and account info directly to our team to be reviewed, so it's absolutely the best way to make sure this is addressed.

@EA_Makoyou protect them. remove the prove and do not act. You literally support their actions and refuse to help me here. you say u don´t want such behaviour, but even promote it!
