i feel like people who have played since season 0 have been cheated. The new Evo idea is absolutely horrible. Every shield's health being reduced by 25% was a horrible idea. I have played and based my entire strategy on going with 200 health all game and now that is ruined. The starting with Evo was fun with King's Canyon, and I hated that mode on world's edge. Its now also ruined and I get an entire week of this (even more) ruined world's edge with ridiculous amounts of loot. I thought the game was perfect in Season 5 but I guess you guys had to make all these unreasonable tweaks for a newer fanbase. Pls change the shield health back and completely get rid of the evo idea. I hate this apex with a passion. and especially more cause I can't even play the only good map for an entire week.
I agree with you on this EVO shield business, by lowering the health on shields by 25 health you get shredded by people who are yawing three shot, oops, now two shot weapons. It also takes the fact of you have to be aggressive to get 200 points of health again but you can’t do anything about it when you have 125 because of the rubbish armour change so your dead regardless. They shouldn’t have changed the armour, they should have kept it the way it was, you either picked up a level 1 evo armour and risked it to have the extra 25 health to 225 or picked up a level 3 armour and you were set on a lot of things.
my guess why they did this is because you can escape really easily in a fight and long range combat wasn’t very popular. They did my favourite thing ever by putting r99 in care, but when they change the armour we might as well have no care package at all and have everything onthe Ground.
That is my main issue, the other is just pathfinder having low profile and the year cool down on his grapple considering wraith was the most needed in nerf wide with her “oh look, here’s my get out of jail free card that shouldn’t be in the game, lol”. Instead they buff her...
